Faith with Santa

Today Bill and I had a chance to go Christmas shopping in Tucson. We decided to take Faith to see santa at the Park Mall. She didn't get a chance to see santa last year for her first Christmas, so now she has! She has been excited with the big red man and could even say his name, but as you can see, mommy had to sit with santa too! Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas. More pictures to soon follow, hopefully!

Halloween 2007

Here are the kids' picture for Halloween this year. Hunter (11) was a grease monkey, Delenn (8) was a 'pretty witch', and Faith (22mo) was a fairy.

Doll House Raffle for Europe Trip

As you know, we are trying to raise money to send Hunter, Michelle, and Grammie to Europe next summer on an educational tour. We have started a raffle on a doll house that Grampie Terry built. He got too ill to finish it, so Grammie finished the trim, painted the roof, and put tile down on the floor. Our raffle has started at Medicap Pharmacy (Michelle's work) and will have it through Thanksgiving weekend. We are having a booth at the Reindeer Connection craft show Thanksgiving weekend in Safford. We hope to raise some funds there too. Mom has been busy making all kinds of bread, jams, and Prickly pear cactus jelly. My friend Suzanne and I will be making crafts to sell also. If you want to contribute from a far, just let me know. The raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.

School Pictures are in!

Hi there! This is just my second try at this blog thing. I have to play with it awhile before I really get the hang of it. The kids just got their school pictures back and I think they turned out great! First time I didn't buy them at Wal-mart. You don't get as many prints, but I haven't had time to take them, so I let the school do it this year. Hope you enjoy them too!

Hunter has been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity by his teacher. He has been invited to an educational trip to Europe this summer. We had to decide in a very short time and we decided to let him go. However, we couldn't let him go alone. His dad and I talked and pondered WHO would go. Looks like mom and Grammie (Pat) will both be going! Bill and I would Love to both go together, but have our reservations about that. So pray that we will be successful with our fundraising!

Just getting started

Hi All! I have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm going to try. I am good at the computer thing after I've been shown how, but this self taught thing is for the birds. I am trying to post some recent pictures of the kids. Let's hope I can figure it out so we can keep in closer contact. Thanks for your patients and hope to hear from you soon!

Love Ya,

Michelle and Family
